We initiated an uninsured video project to share the stories of uninsured patients and their clinicians. Dr Andrew Wilper has estimated that 44,000 Americans are dying yearly as a result of being uninsured. It is our goal not just to raise awareness of sobering data like this, but to develop real understanding of what the data means by connecting those numbers with the faces and stories of our friends and neighbors countrywide.
